At CronWatcher.io, we stand behind our service and want you to be completely satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to providing unconditional refunds when needed.
We offer unconditional, no-questions-asked refunds for our cron job monitoring service. If you're not satisfied with CronWatcher.io for any reason, we will provide a full refund.
For annual subscriptions, we can also provide prorated refunds based on unused service time. This is calculated from the date of your refund request to the end of your billing period.
Once a refund is processed, your access to CronWatcher.io will be terminated. Your monitoring data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to re-subscribe, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Please note that subscription prices may change at any time. However, existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes, and you always have the option to request a refund before the new pricing takes effect.
You're welcome to re-subscribe to CronWatcher.io at any time after receiving a refund. Your previous account data (if still within the 30-day retention period) can be restored upon request.
While we offer unconditional refunds, we reserve the right to review accounts with multiple refund requests to prevent abuse of this policy. However, legitimate refund requests will always be honored.
